How would you define the music your band makes? What genre?

ass-pounding pop punk hard core

Are you a rock band?

indeed

How important is your live show in cultivating your album sound?

im confident that we can pretty much play our cd on stage. we pull it off.
besides we are handsome lads, so boners and wet panties are a given, even if
we suck that night.

How well does the sound of your album translate into a live show? And
does it matter?

it matters alot. i hate going to see bands i like and find out they suck
live.

How long did you play as a band before you recorded your album?

we have been a band for three years . and have a bunch of releases out
before this latest cd.  where the hell ya been????

How important do you feel the guitar is to contemporary music and is this good
or bad?

very important. why would that be bad?

Which is more important sound/atmosphere or song/message?

both. if there is a nice atmoshere and melodie. it is a lot easier to get
that message

How many times a week does your band practice?

2-3 times a week , but we are always on tour so we hardly ever do

Do you have a day job and what is it?

no we quit our jobs to tour full time.

What is your definition of success?

play music for a living. thats a dream . this is fun , and to get paid for it is a joke. best job in the world.

Do musicians in general lose credibility with the mass popular audience as
their music became free as traded mp3s on the internet?

no that stuff is cool with me. tons of kids come up to me and say that they
downloaded a song of ours then went out to a show and bought our cd! it
works, its not as evil as some may think.

Where do you get most of your music? Online stores, traditional record stores?

i get most of my music free. cuz i know alot of bands and other folks that
can get me free stuff.

What % is indie vs. major?

alot of independent. but i dont mind going major. good music is good music.

What bands do you feel aren't getting the attention they deserve?

count me out, midtown , the stryder

Why aren't more indie bands actively involved in political discussions?
Why have politics become so "uncool"?

your asking the wrong dude, politics bore me. i dont include that crap in my
lyrics. this is about fun for me. not forcing my ideals on others.

Do you think the greater presence of booking agents, distributors, and
publicity crews have made indie-rock in the mirror image of the type of
musical organizations indie labels were trying to remove/distance
themselves from?

with out those things, most bands would fall apart, and not get the
recognition they deserve.

Do labels become obsolete in the future? A future where a band can
inexpensively afford to record two songs and post it on the Internet, and
possibly eventually stream their live shows through high speed cable wires?

you want fries with that?

Do you feel the merger of AOL and Time Warner will really mess things up,
or make cross entertainment (MSNBC/NBCi, CBS-VIACOM, ABC-DISNEY) the new
standard for the future?

. umm. girls are pretty
